Bulgarian Split Squats (BSS) are one of the mains in the 2x4 Strength Program I've designed for #ProjectShredded30
It recruits more hamstring, external obliques & glute medius muscle activity; lesser quadriceps activity compared to Back Squat (BS). Similar muscle activation for rectus abdominis & erector spinae between BSS & BS.
This BSS video marks my final fitcam in FF club as an employee. It's always been a dream come true to be able to chase my passion & nurture it with the right attitude.
My greatest strength would be staying off injury as I've been playing it safe all the time leaving my "ego checked at the door" when I stepped on the gym floor. Weights you carry aren't everything, good health & a positive mind is! #NattyLifts
